As an inclusive theater with its affiliated vocational academy, the Freie Bühne München e.V. enables training and further education as well as the employment of artistically talented people with disabilities on the regular job market. Her demanding theater productions, in which actors with and without disabilities work together as colleagues on an equal footing, show the added value of inclusive art for the artists as well as for the audience. In the workshops, the participants discover and develop their creativity, the joy of their own artistic expression, team spirit and self-confidence. A flagship project that helps people with disabilities gain access to cultural education and find their place in the middle of society.
