They were developed on the basis of many years of experience through intensive cooperation with the community and the needs of the target group. The focus here is on comprehensive, individual education. In workshops, coaching sessions and exposure visits, children and young people develop a positive, individual image of their future and lay the foundations for an education that matches their own strengths.
